On this page you will find everything you need to know about the Crossroads International Church of Basel Church Weekend Away (5-7 June) and our church holiday week (the first week in August).

Church Weekend Away 5th-7th June
We look forward to welcoming you to this beautiful location in the mountains in Leysin (Kanton Vaud) near Montreux: a beautiful area of Switzerland with wonderful alpine views.
While the complete programme for the weekend is yet to be confirmed, for those who have been to previous Church Weekends Away, the weekend doesn’t need much introduction: togetherness, worship, teaching from guest speaker Alan Wilson, kids programme, youth programme, shared meals, and much more….
The weekend starts on Friday evening 5th June at 19:00 and finishes on Sunday 7th June, after lunch at approximately 14:00.
There is a spacious room for worship and teaching, multiple classrooms for the children, a bright dining hall and every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

The price per adult is 185 CHF. For children ages 12-15 the price is 115 CHF. For children ages 4-11 the price is 85CHF. Children aged 3 and under are Free.
Invoices will be sent to the email address you provided by Friday 8th May. If you signed up after 12th May, then your invoice will arrive a few days later.
The best way to pay is by bank transfer. Mark your transfer with CWA2026 and your name so that it does not get mistaken for a tithe or regular Sunday offering. You can find our bank details here.
If you need to pay in cash, then seal the money in an envelope and mark it clearly with your name and CWA2026. The envelope can be placed in the offering basket on Sunday morning.
We do not want cost to be the reason that you cannot attend the Church Weekend Away. When you register you will be asked whether you need financial assistance. Although you will still need to pay part of the cost yourself, we will help how we can. If you have any further questions, you can talk to one of the pastors or email the church office.
Day tickets can be booked subject to availability closer to the weekend.

The venue is very easily accessible by train to station Leysin-Feydey. There is no parking at the venue but there is public parking nearby.
We are also considering hiring a coach/bus so we can travel together if there is enough interest.
