Information For Crèche Users
- The Crèche Team looks forward to welcoming you and your under 3 year olds. We offer to look after your young children while you attend the church service.
- The Crèche is open for “drop off” from 10:20 am every Sunday. You may prefer to keep your child with you until children leave Church for Sunday School. Please complete a Registration Form and sign your child “in” and “out” of the Crèche.
- The Crèche closes approximately 15 minutes after the end of the service. You are welcome to have a quick chat and a coffee, and then return to collect your child. Parents are asked to use discretion about the length of time after the end of service and collecting their child. If you know your child becomes distressed when seeing other children are collected and they are not, please return to the crèche promptly.
- Please remember the Crèche Team need to tidy up the area. The Little Blessings Day Care uses the Crèche area during the week and we must leave the area ready for business on Monday mornings. The cleaners are not working between when we leave the area and Monday mornings, and all used nappies must be removed from the area.
- Once children are signed out of the Crèche area they must not return. They are now the responsibility of the parents.
- The person who signs the child “in” should be the same person who signs the child “out.” If this is not possible, it should be explained to the supervising Crèche Team.
- Please make sure the Crèche Team have all the information to help them care for your child.
- When registration takes place you will receive a number. This number will be used should you need to be called from the service to the Crèche. This number will also be used to identify your child and their belongings. Your child will wear a name label while in the Crèche.
- The Crèche Supervisors are in the Crèche at all times to care for the children. The Assistants are 16 years old and over and are required to perform any errands outside the Crèche gate. The Crèche gate remains closed unless opened by Crèche Supervisors and their Assistants.
- Parents are requested to stay outside the Crèche gate.
- The Crèche Leaders will supervise the registration process to allow the Supervisors to care for the children.
- If you do not want your child to eat a snack please inform the Crèche Team.
