During the last two weeks, Rhonda and I have been the recipients of an untold number of acts of kindness.
Often, at the end of a Sunday morning service, I pray that as we go into the week ahead, we would “love and serve” Jesus well.
Spiritual fruit, like kindness, isn’t something that is fully mature when we first become believers.
I’ve always liked the line by Will Rogers which says, “Live in such a way that you would not be ashamed to sell your parrot to the town gossip.”
Our lives intersect and touch one another far more than we know. Don’t ever downplay any act of kindness.
